1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and/or downloading digital images delivered by Supay Photography LLC via Pixieset(“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not download or use the images.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All purchased photographs are delivered digitally through Pixieset.

After successful payment:

• You will receive access to download your purchased images.

• Download access may be limited to a specific time period.

• It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files.

• Supay Photography LLC is not responsible for expired download links or lost files after the delivery period.

We reserve the right to remove gallery access after [30] days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Copyright & Ownership

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Supay Photography LLC and are protected under United States copyright law.

Purchasing digital downloads does not transfer copyright ownership.

You are purchasing a license to use the images, not ownership of the images themselves.

4. License Grant (Personal Use)

Unless otherwise stated in writing, your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license.

You MAY:

• Print images for personal use

• Share images on personal social media accounts

• Store digital files for personal archiving

• Share images with friends and family for personal viewing

You MAY NOT:

• Sell, license, or redistribute the images

• Use the images for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes

• Enter images into contests or submit for publication without written permission

• Apply heavy edits, filters, or alterations that misrepresent the original work

• Remove watermarks (if applicable)

• Claim the images as your own work

Commercial use requires a separate written agreement and license.

5. Social Media Usage

Clients are welcome to share images online. When doing so:

• Credit Supay Photography LLC when possible (e.g., tag @SupayPhotography).

• Do not crop out or remove watermarks if present.

• Do not alter the image in a way that damages the integrity of the original artwork.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products:

• All digital sales are final.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once files have been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.

If you experience technical issues with your download, contact us within [7] days of purchase.

7. Image Quality & Printing Disclaimer

Supay Photography LLC is not responsible for print quality from third-party printing labs.

For best results, we recommend using a professional printing lab.

Color variations may occur due to monitor settings, screen calibration, and printer differences.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supay Photography LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of files after download

• Unauthorized sharing by the client or third parties

• Misuse of images

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All images are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Account & Download Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pixieset download link.

Sharing your download link with unauthorized individuals may result in revoked access without refund.

10. Termination of License

Supay Photography LLC reserves the right to revoke the license granted under these Terms if you violate any provision herein. Upon revocation, you must cease use of the images and delete all copies in your possession.
